Jazz Unlimited of Greater Milwaukee is a proud non-profit celebrating 50 years at the center of the city's jazz scene. Our mission is to support musicians, educate the public, and keep the local community vibrant through various programs.

A key focus is the Annual Scholarships Competition, providing vital funds to young musicians studying jazz, ensuring the genre's future.

We serve as a Milwaukee jazz resource, maintaining a Calendar of Jazz Events and a List of Venues for easy access to live music.

Our Monthly Newsletter for members and subscribers features interviews, reviews, and news. We also publish User-Submitted Articles, offering a platform for local enthusiasts.

JU hosts Monthly Jazz Jams; informal gatherings for musicians to show their stuff, network hear what Milwaukee's musicians are up to! We also actively Support Other Jazz Events through cross-promotion and assistance.

Finally, our Gallery of Jazz Photos and Jazz Recording of the Month offer an opportunity for members to share and promote their own jazz journeys while preserving sights and sounds that celebrate the history and legacy of the Milwaukee jazz community.
